The vacuum blast method of brick cleaning is significantly different from conventional sand blasting processes. While sand blasting transports the granules with high-pressure directly onto the surface to be machined, the vacuum blasting method sucks its granulates using negative pressure generated from the granule container, accelerating the cleaning medium to 400km/h into the jet lance.
The high speed of the granules leads to far superior results when removing dirt, concrete build-up, paint and other pollutants from brick surfaces. As a result, this minimally-abrasive cleaning technology is also often referred to as negative-pressure or soft-blasting cleaning. The cleaning method is distinct from traditional pressure washers or dry ice blasting and should not be confused with these.
Our highly trained staff have extensive experience working with the vacuum-blast method and possess the knowledge and skills to remedy even the toughest dirt, grime and other build-up on brick surfaces.
